This house [or any of my house] really doesn't have a name. It was originally "Ocean Breeze", by Rakki form The Wage of Sim [linked on the front page] but I remodeled basiclly the complete structure. This house has one bedroom in the back section of the main house on the second floor with a full bathroom next to it; also on the second floor is the kitchen, dining area a lounge area and games area. On the first floor are the office and a small bathroom, in the main section of the house there is a TV lounge room and reading area, a large veranda surrounds the lower level, as well as the second. There is a small arts studio with a love tub in the separate building. |

This is a house of my very own design; it has a touch of art deco to it. On the first floor there is a double lounge, one on either side of the entryway. On the left side is the formal dinning area with a bar and a formal sitting area, on the right side there is an open office with a grand piano. In the back half of the main floor there is a large kitchen with a small table. In the middle section at the back is an indoor garden; on the right side is a small bathroom and the stare case to the second floor. Also on the main level is an outdoor dinning area, pool love tub, swing, and BBQ. On the second floor is a large open space with a TV lounge and some toys on the left side there is the bedroom with a full bathroom. There is only one bedroom but with a few modifications more could be added. Just a little note, I have noticed that my sims that live in these houses tend to REALLY love there love tubs, so if you don't want them to sit in the tub ALL day you might want to delete it. ^_^ |

This house is a modification of a house made by Monis Sims [linked of the front page]. This house would have to one of my favorite ones I have had it for a year or more I think and have been constantly changing details to make it as perfect as possible. On the first floor there are basically three rooms the bedroom, bathroom are two and the kitchen dinning lounge and office is the third room [a lot to fit in such a small space you might think] but the design works quite well there is plenty of room for Sims to walk around. Outside there is a cliff side pool and a huge garden there's also a love tub tucked away from prying eyes, a swing, and a pond in the front garden. On the second floor you'll find a foyer area with a chess table and couch, a large portion of the second floor is deck and room for add-ons there is only one other room on the second floor a TV lounge room. |
Houses 1 trough 4 were made in Hot Date, patched virsion. Houses 5 through 10 were made in Vacation, but should would with Hot Date just fine. |
I also like this house a lot, part of the concept for it came form my house on lot 6 [which will be coming soon. It is a compact house but the layout is good and clean. I don't really see the need to give you lots of details about this house because you can for the most part see wat everything is. I will tell you that there is an indoor garden it makes up the center part of the house and the pond in under the opening in the roof. The enterance to the house is very nice with lighted trees and lots of space. |
